Make a Reservation

The Villa is available year round. Please check the availability calendar and email us with your preferred dates to make a reservation.

Confirmation and Payment

We require a deposit of one night’s accommodation in order to confirm your reservation.  Acceptable methods of payment to guarantee a reservation include MasterCard, Visa and American Express. The balance of accommodation owing is due 10 days prior to your stay.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations.  Failure to provide us with 48 hours notice will automatically incur a charge of one night’s accommodation. Cancellations due to "Acts of God" will not be charged for.
