Tariff

Tariff includes use of whole property for up to 6 people.

Additional people (up to 8) $50 per person per night.

One night stay surcharge of $100.00.

Low season:  8 January to 24 December: $620 per night.

High season:  25 December to 7 January:  $670 per night.

Tariff includes New Zealand Goods and Services Tax.
