Each of the rooms within the Villa has been decorated with high quality, tasteful furniture and the Villa offers all of the facilities that you would expect to find.
Living/Dining

Two separate sitting areas in main living area.

46" widescreen LCD TV, DVD, Sky TV.
Selection of DVDs, books, magazines.
Electronic gas fire.
Outdoor furniture.
Barbeque, outdoor table top heater.
Bedrooms
The Villa sleeps 8 people in four bedrooms. All beds are fitted with 'safe and sound' electric blankets, allergy safe duvets and cotton bed linen. All bedrooms have electric heating.
The bedroom layout is as follows:
- One queen room with private sitting area, lake view, ranch slider to deck.
- Studio - queen room with private sitting area , tea and coffee making facilities in room, French doors to garden.
- One queen room, lake view, ranch slider to private deck.
- One single room, with trundle bed - can be made up into twin or queen.
Bathrooms
The Villa has two bathrooms. The main bathroom has separate bath and shower, toilet, two hand basins, heated towel rail, and electric heater. The second bathroom has a shower, toilet, hand basin, heated towel rail and electric heater. Cotton towels and toiletries are supplied.
Kitchen/Laundry
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, ceramic top hob, oven and fridge/freezer. Good quality crockery and cutlery to comfortably serve 8 people. New Zealand blended leaf tea, tea bags, plunger coffee, instant coffee, sugar and hot chocolate is supplied. The laundry is equipped with an automatic washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and laundry detergent is supplied
A complimentary supply of breakfast provisions including bread, butter and milk is provided for guest convenience.
